Are you an experienced flooring installer with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? At Extraordinary Flooring
LLC, we’re looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team in New Orleans.

We specialize in polished concrete, epoxy coatings, and decorative flooring — transforming spaces like the
Superdome, hotels, restaurants, and local businesses. If you take pride in delivering top-quality work, we want to
hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, repairing, and leveling.
• Install epoxy coatings, polished concrete finishes, and other specialty flooring systems.
• Operate grinders, sanders, polishers, and other flooring equipment.
• Mix and apply coatings with precision to achieve desired finishes.
• Follow project specifications, timelines, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Perform quality checks to uphold company and client standards.
• Maintain equipment in safe, working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous flooring installation experience required; epoxy and polished concrete experience
strongly preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with flooring tools, machinery, and processes.
• Attention to Detail: High standards of craftsmanship and quality control.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long hours, and work in various weather
conditions.
• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius of
New Orleans.
