Extraordinary Flooring LLC, Louisiana’s leading resinous coatings and polished concrete contractor, is seeking a Crew
Lead to oversee flooring installation projects across the New Orleans area.

This is your chance to step into a leadership role where you’ll manage teams, ensure quality workmanship, and
deliver extraordinary results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installers on job sites, setting the standard for professionalism and craftsmanship.
• Manage daily operations, workflow, and safety compliance on-site.
• Oversee epoxy coatings, polished concrete, and other flooring system installations.
• Perform quality checks and resolve issues to ensure projects meet client and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to stay on schedule and within scope.
• Train, mentor, and support installers in skill development.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of flooring installation experience (epoxy or polished concrete preferred).
• Leadership: Prior crew lead or supervisory experience strongly desired.
• Work Ethic: Dependable, accountable, and committed to delivering top-quality results.
• Communication: Ability to direct, motivate, and collaborate with team members.
• Physical Fitness: Able to lift heavy materials, stand for extended hours, and work in varying conditions.
• Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (work is within a 2-hour radius
of New Orleans).
