Apprentice Flooring Installers in New Orleans!

No prior experience? No problem. If you bring a strong work ethic, we’ll provide the training.

What You’ll Learn and Do:

• Surface Preparation – Help prep concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and leveling.
• Polished Concrete – Assist in the grinding, polishing, and sealing process.
• Installation Support – Work alongside lead installers on epoxy coatings, polished concrete, and other
flooring systems.
• Tool Handling – Safely learn and operate flooring tools and equipment.
• Job Site Support – Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace.
• Safety First – Follow company safety standards at all times.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with installers to complete projects on time and to client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Construction experience is a plus (especially in concrete prep or polished concrete), but not
required.
• Dependability: Reliable, responsible, and committed to learning.
• Growth Mindset: Eager to develop new skills and build a long-term career.
• Physical Readiness: Able to lift/move heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in different weather
conditions.
• Team Player: Works well with others and follows direction from experienced installers.
